In the Name of God Amen I Mary Wigman of the Parish of Bisley and County of Surry Widow being in perfect good health sound mind and memory praised be Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first and principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body I commit to the Earth to be interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as touching such temporal Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give devise and bequeath as followeth I Give and bequeath all that my one third part of a Freehold Messuage with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate and being in the Parish of Shepperton and County of Middlesex and now in the Occupation of John Purdey Fisherman together with all that third part or share of Sixty five Pounds now lent on Mortgage on two Tenements and some Tyths in the Parishes of Horsell and Bisley and now in the Occupation of the Widow Collyer William Robinson and George Mariner unto my Daughter Ann Howard for and during the term of her natural life and from and after the decease of my said Daughter Ann Howard I give devise and bequeath all the before mentioned third part of the Messuage and premises and money unto the Children lawfully begotten of the body of my said Daughter Ann Howard to be equally divided between them share and share alike as they shall arrive to the Age of twenty one years I Give devise and bequeath all that my one third part of two Copyhold Tenements with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in Weybridge in the County of Surry and now in the Occupation of Thomas Hall and John Sashill unto my Daughter Mary Grey for and during the term of her Natural life and from and after the decease of my said Daughter Mary Grey I give devise and bequeath all the before mentioned third part of the Two Tenements and premises unto the Children lawfully begotten of the body of my said Daughter Mary Grey to be equally divided between them share and share alike as they shall arrive to the Age of twenty one years And all the rest and residue of all and singular my Estates ready money Goods and Chattels of all kinds and all and singular my personal [Estate] whatsoever and wheresoever to be found (and not herein before given and my just Debts legacys and Funeral expenses being paid and discharged) I Give devise and bequeath unto my two Daughters Ann Howard and Mary Grey to be equally divided share and share alike between them And lastly I nominate and Appoint my said Daughter Mary Grey full and Sole Executrix of this my present last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke make void and disannul all former or other Wills by me made either by word of mouth or in writing In Witness whereof to this my Present last Will and Testament I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fourth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred fifty and four. Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testatrix Mary Wigman for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have atted the same as Witnesses thereto in her presence the mark of Willm Smith, John Chaplin, Willm Westerask This Will was proved at London before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Sir Edward Simpson Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted on the twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty two by the Oath of Mary Grey Widow the Daughter of the deceased and the Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to Administer.
