In the Name of God Amen I Mary Stemp of Albury in the 
County of Surrey Spinster do make and ordain this my last will 
and testament in manner following that is to say first I 
recommend my Soul to Almighty God who gave it and my body 
to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix 
hereinafter named, I also give and bequeath to James Stemp 
now serving in his Majesty?s Fifteenth Regiment of Light 
Dragoons the sum of one hundred pounds of Lawful Money of 
Great Britain to be to him in hand paid by Mary Wife of Henry 
Chitty whom I hereby nominate constitute and appoint sole 
Executrix to this my last will and Testament within six Months 
after my decease and I hereby give and devise unto the said 
Mary Wife of Henry Chitty all and every the Copyhold Cottage 
Garden and plot on which I now reside containing by estimation 
one acre to her own sole use and behoof And I hereby revoke 
any former Will by me heretofore made and Constitute this my 
last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and Seal this First day of September in the Year of 
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twelve The Mark X of
