In the Name of God Amen I Evan Prosser of Richmond in the County of Surrey Yeoman being of 
sound perfect disposing Mind Memory and Understanding praised be God do make this my last Will 
and Testament in manner and form following that is to say ffirst I direct that all my Just Debts and
ffunerall Expences be fully paid and satisfied and satisfied and Subject thereto I give and bequeath all 
my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever unto my Son John Prosser and my Daughter Mary 
Rowland Wife of Robert Rowland to be divided equally between them my said Son and Daughter 
share and share alike And I do hereby make nominate and appoint my said Son John Prosser and
my said Daughter Mary Rowland Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I do 
hereby revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and 
Testament In Witness whereof I the said Testator Evan Prosser have hereunto set my Hand and Seal 
this twenty sixth day of October in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy
