The twenty fifth day of October one thousand  
seven hundred and forty and in the thirteenth  
Year of the Reign of King George the second  
over Great Britain France and Ireland and  
so forth  I Dinah Cobbett of Bisley in the County  
of Surrey being in good health and of sound and  
perfect mind and understanding (praise be to  
God) but calling to mind the uncertainty of this  
Life do therefore make and declare this my last Will  
and Testament in maner and form following  
(that is to say) First and principally I commend  
my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my  
Creator and Redeemer hoping in and by the  
re?onsilation of Jesus Christ to be saved and my  
Body to the Earth from whence it came to be  
desantly buried at the discretion of my executors  
Hereafter named and as touching my temporall  
Estate as the Lord far above my deserts hath  
bestood upon me my Will and meaning is  
the same shall be bestowed as hereafter in and by  
this my will is expressed Imprimis I give and  
bequeath unto my sister Hannah Field two  
pounds a year to be paid quarterly by my  
Executors that is to say ten shillings a  
quarter immediately after my Deceas And  
lastly I give and bequeath unto my two  
Kinsmen John Field and Henry Field sons  
of Humphrey Field all my houses Lands  
Tenements and all my Goods Chattles Credits  
ready money and all my personall Estate  
whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be  
found upon Condition that they my two  
Kinsmen John Feild and Henry Field sons  
of Humphrey Field their heirs Executors or  
Administrators doe and shall pay out of the  
Goods Chattles Credits and ready money and  
Personall Estate herein before given unto  
them all the Legacies herein before given and  
bequeathed and I doe hereby Constitute  
ordaine and make my said two Kinsmen sole  
Executors of this my last Will and Testament  
they paying all my Just Debts Funerall  
Expenses and other Charges  And I do hereby  
revoke all former Will and Wills by me heretofore  
made and this to be taken for my Last Will and  
Testament and no other  In Witness whereof I  
the said Dinah Cobbett have hereunto sett my  
hand and Seal the day and year first above

Sealed published and declared by the said Dinah  
Cobbett for and as her last Will and Testament in  
the presence of us who have subscribed our names  
as Witnesses in the presence of the Testator.

Of our Lord one thousand seven hundred  
and forty five  Commission issued to  
Humphrey Field the father and Guardian  
lawfully Assigned to John Field and Henry  
Field Minors the Executors named in the last  
Will and Testament of Dinah Cobbett late of  
the parish of Bisley in the County of Surrey  
Widow deceased to Administer the Goods  
Chattles and Credits of the said deceased  
according to the tenour and purport of the said  
Will for the use and benefitt of the said Minors  
and untill they or one of them shall attain  
the age of one and twenty years being first  
sworn faithfully to Administer
