In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Bignold of Dorking in the County of Surrey 
ffellmonger being weake and infirm in Body but of sound and perfect mind and memory 
(praised be the Lord therefore)and considering the uncertainty of this transitory Life 
renounceing and revokeing all former Wills by me made and published doe make 
publish and Declare this my last Will and Testament wherein ffirst I bequeath and yeild 
up my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator And my Body to the Earth to be 
decently buryed at the discretion of my Executors herein after named And as for such 
Estate as God hath blessed me withall in this Life I give and dispose of the same as 
followeth (that is to say) I give and bequeath unto my Brother Benjamin Bignold and to 
my three Sisters Susanna Sayer Mary Hill and Sarah Shaw the sume of ffifty shillings 
apeece of lawfull money of England to be paid unto them by my Executors hereafter 
named within Six Months next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my 
Kinsman John Shaw the sume of ffifty Shillings of lawfull money of England to be paid 
unto him by my Executors hereafter named within Six Months next after my Decease 
Item I give and bequeath unto my Servant Mary Hurst the sume of ffive pounds of 
lawfull money of England to be paid unto her by my Executors hereafter named within 
six months next after my decease Item all the rest and residue of my goods chattells 
and personall Estate whatsoever (after my Debts Legacies and ffunerall Expences shall 
be fully satisfyed contented and paid) I give and bequeath unto my two Daughters 
Sarah Bignold and Mary Bignold to be Equally divided between them And I doe make 
name and appoint my loveing ffriends Samuel Hill of Dorking aforesaid Tallowchandler 
and Thomas Bothell of the same Yeoman Executors of this my last Will and Testament 
and I give unto them twenty shillings apeece over and above their charges and 
expences in and about this my Will Item I give unto Thomas Shaw and Thomas Sayer 
ffifity shillings apeece and to Joseph Tew fforty Shillings In Witness whereof I have to 
this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seale this tenth day of October in the 
third year of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lady Anne by the grace of God Queen over
