Will of William Adcock

I William Adcock at present residing at No 20 Carter Street, Walworth in the 
County of Surrey being of sound and disposing mind do declare and publish 
this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me at 
any time heretofore made. I give, devise and bequeath all property real and 
personal of whatsoever kind and wheresoever found of which I may be 
entitled to at the time of my decease or of which my legal representatives after 
my death may become entitled to unto my dear wife CHARLOTTE ADCOCK 
unto and for her separate and sole use and benefit subject to her dispositions 
by Will but in case my said wife shall not during her lifetime by any deed or 
writing or by her Will dispose of the hereby property hereby devised to her I 
give and devise the above property to EMMA HEWITT, FRANCES HEWITT 
and MARIA HERWITT the daughters of CHARLES HEWITT Wine Merchant 
of Litchfield share and share alike I appoint my said dear wife CHARLOTTE 
ADCOCK Executrix of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereto set my 
hand and seal this twenty seventh day of August 1829. WILLIAM ADCOCK.

as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereto set our

the Relict the sole Executrix to whom administration was granted having been 
first sworn duly to administer
