of our Sovreign Lady Queen Ann over Great Britain &r Annoq Dmi 1711 I 
Robert Page of Farnham in the County of Surr Glazier being thro Gods mercy 
in perfect sense and of sound mind and understanding but being weak in 
body and considering the frailty of this Life Do hereby revoke and declare null 
and void all former Wills and Testaments And doe hereby make constitute 
ordain and appoint this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following 
(that is to say) Impris I chearfully resigne my Soul into the hands of Almighty 
God my Creator and my body to the earth to be interred at the discretion of 
my Executrix hereinafter named And as for such worldly estate as it hath 
pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth 
Impris I doe hereby give and devise and bequeath ratify and confirme unto 
my loving Wife Mary Page and her Assignes for and during her naturall life All 
and every my Messuage or Tenemt Messuages or Tenements Lands 
Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever or wheresoever lying or being with 
their and every of their appurtenances And from and after the decease of the 
said Mary my Wife Then I doe hereby give and bequeath all and every my 
Messuages or Tenements Lands and Hereditaments aforesaid (that is to say) 
All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Gardens Backsides and 
appurtenances lying in West Street in Farnham aforesaid and now in my own 
occupation  And also all that Meadow or parcell of Land or Meadow ground 
called Cowbridge Mead situate and lying in Kingsley in the County of 
Southton with the appurtenances and which Meadow I lately purchased of 
Joane Stovould And also all other the Messuages or Tenements Lands 
Tenements hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever of me the said 
Robert Page and whereof I have any right to dispose unto my Son Robert 
Page To have and to hold the said Messuage or Messuages Lands 
Tenements hereditaments and premisses with the appurtenances unto the 
said Robert Page and his Assignes for and untill he arrives to the age of One 
and twenty years and in case my said Wife be dead and from and after the 
said Robert page my Sonn shall have attained to the Age of one and twenty 
years then To have and to hold the said Messuage or Tenement Messuages 
Lands Tenements hereditaments and premisses with the appurtenances unto 
my said Sonn Robert Page his heires and Assignes for ever But provided 
always and for and notwithstanding any thing in this my Will contained doe 
hereby declare my intent and meaning to be and doe revoke any thing before 
contained to the contrary  And doe hereby give and direct that in case my 
said Son Robert shall die before he shall have attained to his full Age of one 
and twenty years Then I doe hereby revoke the habend of my said Estate to 
his Heirs And doe hereby give and devise and bequeath all and every my 
said Messuage or Tenement and my said Meadow ground in Kingsley And all 
other my said Messuages or Tenements Lands Tenements Hereditaments 
and premisses with th' appurtenances wheresoever lying and being after my 
said Wifes decease unto the present Churchwardens and Overseers of the 
parish of Farnham aforesaid and their heirs and Successors for ever  In Trust 
to and for the use of the Poor of the said Parish for the time being for ever the 
yearly Rents and profitts thereof to be for ever yearly paid and distributed to 
and among such Poor or poor People of the said Parish on May day in such 
mannor as to the said Churchwardens and Overseers their heires and 
Successors for ever shall seem meet And  I thought fit to give the reason why 
I don't limit my Estate in remainder to my Right Heires is because of their 
continuall unkindness to me and sure if reasons of disinherison were inserted 
in Wills it would make relations kinder in their life times Item I doe recomend it 
to my loving Wife and request and begg her never to sell or aliene from my 
said Son Robert Page the Land Meadow ground and Estate we have in 
Dockenfield or Bensted in Hants comonly called Cottons or Greens and 
whereof she has the right of disposal having been joynt Purchaser thereof 
with me Item I doe hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said loving 
Wife Mary Page full whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and 
Testament And doe give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of 
my Goods Chattells Debts Credits Effects Linnen Woollen Plate Pewter and 
Personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever (from and after my Debts and 
Funeral Expenses discharged) unto my said loving Wife Mary Page  And I 
hereby order her to pay all my Debts and Funeral Expenses and request her 
particular love and care in the bringing up and providing for my said Son 
Robert In Witness whereof I have hereto sett my hand & Seale the Day and

Will and Testament in the presence of us whose names are hereunder written
