I SUSANNAH FARRER hereby leave to my nephew John Henry TAYLOR the legacy that was left 
to me by William Bryant ARUNDELL together with all interest arising therefrom Likewise I so leave 
to my nephew the said John Henry TAYLOR all my goods chattels and everything that I am 
possessed of as well as any property or monies that may become due to my Estate after my decease 
Dated this third of October 1832. (The mark of) Susannah FARRER. Witnessed by Thomas 
FENNELL jnr & John EVANS

On 25th February 1834 Admon with the Will annexed of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Susannah 
FARRER (otherwise FARROW) late of St. Peter’s Hospital Newington in the county of Surrey 
Spinster deceased was granted to John Henry TAYLOR the nephew the universal legatee named in 
the said Will having been first sworn duly to administer there not being any executor named in the 
said Will.
