In The Name of God Amen. I EDWARD YOUNG of Farnham in the County of Surrey, Salesman, being of a good perfect and true understanding and thanks be to God for the same, do make this My Last Will & Testament in manner and form following (That is to say) First and principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping through the Merits Death and Passion of my Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to have remission for my Sins and my body I commit to the earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as for touching and concerning such Worldly Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows. First my Will is and I do hereby order that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid and discharged by my Executrix hereinafter named and appointed. Also I give unto my Brother RICHARD YOUNG one shilling and no more. Also I give and bequeath unto my two nephews, RICHARD YOUNG and EDWARD YOUNG son of my said brother RICHARD YOUNG the sum of one hundred pounds apiece of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to them respectively at the end of six months next after the decease of my loving Wife ELIZABETH YOUNG. Also my Stock in Trade of what nature or kind soever as well without doors as within and also my Household Goods and Utensils of Household Chattels Money Credits and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my Debts Legacys hereinbefore given and bequeathed and funeral expenses are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath unto my said loving wife ELIZABETH YOUNG to be fully and wholly at her disposal. And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said loving Wife ELIZABETH YOUNG full and sole Executrix of this My Last Will and Testament and disannulling and making void all former and other Will and Wills, Testament and Testaments by me heretofore made I declare this and this only to be my Last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I the said EDWARD YOUNG the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Eleventh Day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty five. Knight, Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of ELIZABETH YOUNG Widow the Relict of the deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods and Chattels and Credits of the said deceased being first sworn by commission only to administer.
