Will of Henry Smith Searle, Surgeon of Lambeth, Surrey

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Smith Searle of No 7 
kennington Green in the Parish of St Mary Lambeth in the County of Surrey, 
Surgeon, After payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary 
expenses I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Jane Mary Teresa Searle, all 
and every my property, estates and effects of what nature or kind soever and 
wheresoever situate and whether in possession, conversion or remainder to 
and for her sole use and benefit absolutely. And I hereby appoint my said 
dear wife Jane Mary Teresa Searle sole Executrix to this my Will and I hereby 
revoke any other Will by me at any time made and declare this to be my last 
Will and Testament dated this nineteenth day of November one thousand 
eight hundred and fifity three. Henry Smith Searle – Signed and 
acknowledged by the said Henry Smith Searle the Testator as and for his last 
Will and Testament in the presence of us being present at the same time who 
at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have
