BE IT KNOWN that Elizabeth Sarah Smith of Bosworth Kings Road 
Walton on Thames in the County of Surrey widow

died there on the 11th day of April 1929

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last 
Will and Testament

of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate 
Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice, and that administration of 
all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal 
representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to
	Alfred Victor West of same address Civil Servant brother of deceased 
the sole executor

named in the said will

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ELIZABETH 
SARAH SMITH of Bosworth Kings Road Walton on Thames in the County 
of Surrey made this Twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord One 
thousand nine hundred and twenty five I hereby revoke all wills by me at 
any time heretofore made I appoint Alfred Victor West Civil Servant 
Bosworth Kings Road Walton on Thames Surrey to be my EXECUTOR and 
direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be 
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath 
unto my daughter Lucy Mabel West of Bosworth Kings Road Walton on 
Thames in the County of Surrey for her own use absolutely all my property 
real and personal that I may die possessed of or entitled to

day of December One thousand nine hundred and twenty five –
