Will of John Turner of Guildford This is the last Will and Testament of me John Turner of Guildford in the County of Surrey, Carrier. I direct that all my just debts and my funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my Will shall be fully paid and satisfied out of my Real and Personal Estate as soon as conveniently can be after my decease and subject thereto and devise all that my Moiety or half part of and in all those three cottages in Chertsey Street in the Parish of Stoke next Guildford occupied by Messrs Tunnell, Cobbett and _____ and unto and to the use of my son John Edward Turner his heirs and assigns for ever also I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my messuages, tenements, farms, lands, hereditaments and premises and all my real Estate of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever situate and which I shall be possessed of or in anywise entitled to at the time of my decease unto and to the use of my dear wife Elizabeth Turner her heirs and assigns absolutely and for ever and I also give and bequeath all my household furniture, books, plate, linen, china, glass and implements of household and all other my personal Estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be and which I shall be possessed of or any wise entitled to at the time of my decease unto my said dear wife Elizabeth Turer her exors, admons and assigns for her own absolute use, benefit and disposal and I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Turner sole Executrix of this my Will in testimony whereof I the said John Turner have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.
