This is the Last Will andTestament of me George Trimmer of ffarnham in the County of Surrey Gentleman Whereby I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Ann all and singular my messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real estate as with ffreehold and Copyhold as leasehold and wheresoever situate and being To hold to her and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and widowhood she keeping the buildings in good repair and from and immediately after her decease or marriage again whichever shall first happen I give and devise the same unto my Son George his heirs executors admors and assigns for ever accordingto the tenure and nature thereof respectively also I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife the use of but not the property in All and every my Household Goods and Furniture plate linen china and other household effects to hold to her for and during the term of her natural life and widowhood as aforesaid And from and immediately after her decease or marriage again whichever shall first happen then I give and bequeath the said household Goods and Furniture plate linen china and effects unto my said son George his executors and admors Also I give and bequeath unto my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named All and singular my monies securities for money and other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before disposed ofUpon Trust in the first place to pay and discharge all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and then to place or con???e out at interest on good and sufficient securities all the residue and remainder thereof and pay and apply the interest and proceeds arising and to arise from the same unto my said dear Wife for and during the term of her natural life and Widow hood as aforesaid and from and immediately after her decease or marriage again whichever shall first happen I give and bequeath the whole residue and remainder of my said personal estate unto my said son George his executors or admors provided always and I hereby declare my Will and mind to be that in case my said Wife shall marry again she shall have and be entitled to receive the sum of one hundred pounds per annum which I hereby give and bequeath unto her notwithstanding her Co??share out of the residue and remainder of my said personal estate and direct the same to be paid into her own hands half yearly and that her receipt alone from time to time shall be a good and sufficient discharge for the same And I nominate constitute and appoint my said dear Wife and my good friend John Knight of Farnham aforesaid Banker Executrix and Executor of this my Will and Guardians of my said son during his minority and do declare and direct that neither of them shall be answerable or responsible for the Acts or default of the other of them nor for any loss which may arise or happen without wilful default And lastly I revoke all former and other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said George Trimmer have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Geo Trimmer..
