I Ann Trimmer of ffarnham in the County of Surrey Widow do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last will and testament.I give and devise to my dear son George Trimmer all that my messuage or tenement with the garden and appurtenances thereto belonging situate in West Street in ffarnham aforesaid and now in the respective occupations of my said son and of Henry Smith and all other my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever. To hold the same with the appurtenances unto my said son George Trimmer his heirs and assigns for ever subject nevertheless and I hereby expressly charge the same and every part thereof to and with the payment on account by my said son his heirs or assigns of the weekly sum of eight shillings sterling to my Brother James Caesar during his life on Saturday in every week the first of such payments to be made on the Saturday next ensuing the day of my death and in case the said in weekly sums shall at any time be unpaid by the space of fourteen days next after the day on which it shall become due ( being lawfully demanded either within or after the said fourteen days) then and so often as it shall so happen it shall be lawful for my said Brother or his assigns to enter into and distrain upon the said messuage or tenement and real estate thereby charged with the payment of the same or into or upon any part thereof in the name of the whole and to dispose of the distress and distresses taken and there found in the same manner as Landlords are by Law authorised to do for rent in arrear.To hold intent that thereby or otherwise the said weekly sum so in arrear and all costs and expenses occasioned by reason of the nonpayment thereof may be fully paid and satisfied.And all my goods chattels rights credits and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever after payment thereout of my funeral and testamontary expenses and debts I bequeath to my said son George Timmer absolutely.And I appoint my said son George Trimmer sole Executor of this my Will.Witness my hand this second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.
