This is the last Will and Testament of me Geo. Sparkes of the parish of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Guildford Surry Banker and Draper I will and direct that all my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary Charges and Expenses be in the first place fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I Give and bequeath to my Brother John Sparkes the Sum of one thousand pounds in trust for his second child to be paid to the said Child on its attaining the age of 21 years with all Interest accruing on the same but in case he should not have such a Child then to take to the same himself for his own benefit and use I also Give and bequeath to my Sister Mary the Wife if Geo Smallpeice of Stoke next Guildford the Sum of One Thousand three hundred and ffifty pounds for her own personal use and benefit and whose receipt shall be a discharge I also Give and bequeath to my Brother Henry Sparkes the like Sum of One Thousand three hundred and ffifty pounds and my Chester Gun and pointers I also Give and bequeath to my Sister ffrances Sparkes the like Sum of One Thousand three hundred and ffifty Pounds also to my Aunt Elizabeth Richards of Leeds Yorkshire the Sum of ffifty Pounds Also to my Maid Servant Mary Chandler in case she should be living in my Service at the time of my Decease the Sum of Twenty Pounds and also to my apprentice Anthony Lee the Sum of Ten Pounds and I will and direct that the Seven several Legacies shall be paid within twelve Calendar Months next after my decease and I hereby charge and make chargeable all and singular my Estate and Effects whatsoever with the payment of the aforesaid several Legacies and every of them and every part thereof I also Give and bequeath all my Household Goods and ffurniture Monies and Securities for Money and all the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever not hereinbefore by me disposed of unto my Brother John Sparkes and my Uncle Richard Sparkes or the Survivor of them his Executors and admors upon trust after my said Debts ffuneral and Testamentary Charges and Expenses and the several Legacies hereinbefore particularly mentioned shall have been respectively paid or serviced and after deducting thereout his and their own reasonable costs and Expenses in carrying into effect the Trusts hereby in them reposed or setting apart a sufficient fund to answer the same to pay transfer and deliver the same unto my Brother William Sparkes of the parish of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Guildford in Surry my Residuary Legatee and I make constitute and appoint the said John Sparkes and Richard Sparkes Executors of this my last Will &hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do publish and declare this to be and contain my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I the said George Sparkes have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and Seal this fifth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ffive Geo Sparkes ?
