In the Name of God Amen I Jane Hanks widow now living 
at Burford in the County of Oxford being at this time in a 
tolerable state of health and praised be God of a sound mind 
and memory do make this my last Will and Testament I do also 
give and devise to my Sister Elizabeth Messer the sum of 
forty pounds and also I give and devise unto my Brother 
Richard Dunford the sum of forty pounds and I also give and 
devise unto my Brother Edmund Dunford the sum of forty 
pounds and also I give and devise unto my Brother John 
Dunford the sum of forty pounds and also I give and devise 
unto my Brother in Law William Hanks the sum of forty 
pounds And also I give and devise unto my Nephew Edmund 
Dunford now in London the sum of ten pounds And also I 
give and devise unto my Niece Margaret Dunford of Signet 
the sum of ten pounds and I also give and devise unto my 
Nephew Richard Porter the sum of five pounds and I also 
give and devise unto my Nephew Thomas Messer the sum of 
five pounds and I also give and devise unto my Nephew 
Richard Messer the sum of five pounds and I also give and 
devise to my Niece Mary Porter the sum of five pounds and I 
also give and devise unto my Nephew Edmund Dunford of 
Little Barrington the sum of five pounds and I also give and 
devise unto my Niece Anne Messer a table spoon and I also 
give and devise unto my Niece Anne Porter a table spoon 
and I also give and devise unto my Niece Anne Wakeling a 
table spoon and I also give and devise unto my Niece Anne 
Dunford of Signet a table spoon and I also give and devise 
unto my Niece Mary Anne Dunford a table spoon and I also 
give and devise unto my Niece Jane Porter a table cloth and 
I also give and devise unto my Niece Fanny Dunford a table 
cloth and I also give and devise to my Niece Ellen Hanks 
Bortonhill my Bible and I also give and devise unto my Niece 
Mary Dunford of Signet the money which I have is three 
hundred pounds and twelve pounds in the hands of William 
Hanks Bortonhill Gloucestershire and I have also ten 
pounds in the hands of my Brother Josiah(?) Dunford And I 
constitute and appoint my Brother Edmund Dunford Executor in 
Trust of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand this day the sixteen of June in the 
fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord William the fourth 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty
