In the Name of God Amen I Esther Bartlett of Watlington in 
the County of Oxford Widow being weak in body but of 
sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty 
God for the same Do make publish and declare this to be my 
last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I 
give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Esther Bartlett 
my best Feather bed Bolster and two pillows my Clock best 
Copper Pot and two pair of Common Sheets all the rest residue 
and remainder of my Personal Estate whatsoever and 
wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the 
same may be after payment of my just Debts and Funeral 
expences I give devise and bequeath the same to my 
Grandsons James Bartlett Simon Bartlett and John 
Bartlett and to my Granddaughters Esther Bartlett Mary 
Squires and Elizabeth Squires to be equally divided between 
them share and share alike And I do hereby constitute and 
appoint Richard Garrard and James Bartlett Sole Executors of 
this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to 
this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and seal the 
sixteenth Day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand 
seven hundred and ninety three _ The X Mark of Esther Bartlett
