In the Name of God Amen I Abigail Tubb of Summers Town 
in the Parish of St Giles in the City of Oxford Widow being 
of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding but 
mindful of mortality do this twenty seventh day of January in 
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty 
make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner 
and form following that is to say First I desire to be decently 
and privately buried with as little expence as may be I give and 
bequeath unto my sister in law Sarah Crow Widow of 
James Crow œ20 also I give and bequeath unto my nephew 
Robert Crow son of the above Sarah Crow œ100 Also I give 
and bequeath unto my niece Abigail Pitekin All my wearing 
apparel plate best Bible two best beds together with the 
bedsteads and furniture thereof my best looking glasses in the 
Parlour and the best tea Caddy also I give and bequeath unto 
my friend James Morris Woodhouse of Summers Town œ5 
also I give and bequeath to my brother Robert Crow all the 
rest residue and remainder of my Estate whatsoever and 
wheresoever and of what nature kind and quality soever the 
same may be and not hereinbefore given and disposed of after 
payment of my just debts legacies funeral expences and the 
expence of proving this my Will I do hereby give and bequeath 
the same being all personal unto my brother Robert Crow 
aforesaid during his and his Wife?s life and on there deaths to 
be equally divided amongst their Children lawfully begotten 
share and share alike and I do hereby appoint my said brother 
Robert Crow sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament 
In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament 
set and subscribed my hand and seal the day and year first
