I John Butler of Shillingford in the Parish of Warborough in 
the County of Oxford Yeoman being of sound Mind do make this 
my last Will and Testament as follows I give and bequeath unto my 
Nephew William Butler of Shillingford aforesaid Maltster the 
Sum of three hundred pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to 
my Nephew Jonathan Butler of Dorchester in the County of 
Oxford Wheelwright the Sum of ten Pounds of like lawful Money 
to my Niece Mary Gammon of Warborough aforesaid the Sum of 
twenty Pounds of like lawful Money to my Niece Elizabeth Fivatt 
of Warborough aforesaid the Sum ten Pounds of like lawful Money 
all which said several Legacies I direct shall be Paid at the Expiration 
of six Calendar Months next after the decease of my Wife Ann 
Butler but not before And all the rest and residue of my Money 
Securities for Money Goods Chattels and Personal Estates 
whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my Wife Ann 
Butler And do make constitute and appoint her my said Wife Ann 
Butler Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby 
revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me made In Witness 
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Fifteenth day of 
November one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight John Butler
