This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Pearson 
of Neithrop in the County of Oxford Widow I give and 
devise the Messuage or Tenement in which I now reside in 
Neithrop aforesaid with the Appurtenances to the same 
belonging unto my Son William Pope during the term of his 
natural life and from and immediately after his decease I give 
and devise the same unto John Pope Son of the said William 
Pope his heirs and Assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath 
all my household Goods ffurniture Plate Linen & other 
household effects  unto my said Son William Pope And as to 
all my monies securities for money effects and Personal 
Estate whatsoever not hereinbefore disposed of I give and 
bequeath the same (subject to the payment of my debts and 
funeral and testamentary expences) unto the four Children of 
the said William Pope equally share and share alike as 
tenants in Common And I appoint Robert Jarvis of 
Banbury in the County of Oxford Auctioneer and John 
Couling of the same place Ironmonger Executors of this 
my Will hereby revoking All former Wills by me made In 
witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Pearson have hereunto 
set my hand and Seal this third day of July in the Year one
