This is the last will and testament of me Daniel Creed of Bicester Market 
End in the County of Oxford fflaxdresser First I give and devise unto 
my Daughter Ann the Wife of Thomas Neal of Bicester Market End  
aforesaid Breeches Maker his heirs executors administrators and assigns 
All that my Cottage or tenement situate and being at of Bicester Market End 
aforesaid now in the tenure or occupation of William Hollis with all and 
every the garden rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or 
in any way appertaining To have and to hold the same unto my said Daughter 
Ann Neal her heirs executors administrators and assigns for all my tern estate 
and interest therein Also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Ann Neal 
all my household goods and furniture chattels and personal estate and effects 
whatsoever and wheresoever (Subject to the payment of my debts and funeral 
and testamentary charges and expences) to and for her own use And Lastly I 
do hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter Ann Neal sole Executrix of 
this my said last will and testament In Testimony whereof I the said Daniel 
Creed the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the sixth day of 
January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seven Daniel
