This is the last Will and Testament of me James Staley of Banbury 
in the County of Oxford Mealman I give and bequeath unto my 
Brother John All my Tenant right Share and Interest in the Lease of 
the Mills called Banbury Mills with the Closes thereto belonging and the 
Erections and Improvements in the said Mills And as to all my 
Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate and 
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the 
same unto my dear Wife Sarah To hold to her her Heirs Executors 
Administrators and Assigns And I nominate constitute and appoint my 
ffriends Richard Hirons the Younger of Chacombe in the County 
of Northampton yeoman and William Gardner James Gardner 
and William Ward all of Oxhill in the County of Warwick yeomen 
and George Watson of Coton in the County of Oxford Yeoman 
Executors of this my Will In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set 
my Hand and Seal this twenty sixth day of ffebruary One thousand 
eight hundred and twenty three James Staley
