This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Whiter of 
Swerford in the County of Oxford Spinster I give and devise 
unto my Sister Martha Whiter and her heirs All those my two 
slated cottages or tenements in Swerford aforesaid adjoining the 
two cottages belonging to my said Sister and Hannah Hawtin with 
their Appurtenances Together with my moiety or half part of the 
yard garden orchard and grounds belonging to and now or lately 
used and occupied as well with the said slated cottages as those 
belonging to my said Sister And also all my right and interest in and 
to the Well and Pump being in the said yard and my right of way 
and passage to and from the same Together with all ways passages 
rights members privileges and appurtenances to the said two slated 
cottages or tenements and premises belonging or appertaining And 
all other my real estate To hold the said two slated cottages or 
tenements premises and real estate above devised with the rights 
members privileges and appurtenances unto my said Sister Martha 
Whiter her heirs and assigns for ever I give and bequeath all my 
money and securities for money household goods and furniture 
personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I may 
be possessed of or entitled unto at the time of my decease Subject 
to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences 
unto my said Sister Martha Whiter her executors administrators and 
assigns And I appoint my said Sister Martha Whiter sole Executrix of 
this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke all former 
Wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto 
set my hand and seal the second day of September one thousand 
eight hundred and thirty five Hannah Whiter
