This is the last Will and Testament of me William Colegrave of Witney in the 
County of Oxford Victualler I give and bequeath unto John Lane of Witney 
aforesaid Baker and Edward Lane of the same place Baker their executors 
admors and assigns All my money and securities for money and money in the 
funds book and other debts and all my ale beer wines liquors and stock in 
trade also my household goods and furniture plate linen and china glass and 
housekeeping stores and all other my property goods and chattels Estate and 
Effects which I shall die possessed of or interested in In trust to sell and 
convert such parts of it as shall not consist of monies invested in the 
government stocks or funds or other securities yielding income into money 
either by public auction or by private contract as soon as convenient after my 
decease and at their discretion either to get in the monies invested and lent 
on real or personal security or permit the same to continue as invested and 
after payment thereout or any part thereof of the costs and expences of such 
sales and conversion as aforesaid and all other expences of their trust and 
executorship to lay out and invest all the net monies to proceed or to be made 
by such sale and conversion and the monies to be called in now or on 
securities and generally all my estate and effects in or upon good & sufficient 
securities or real estates by way of mortgage or in the public stocks or funds 
And I direct that my trustees shall stand and be possessed of the said 
securities monies and trust property In trust to pay to my Wife Elizabeth 
Colegrave or to permit her to receive all the net annual interest dividends and 
income to arise and be produced from my said property howsoever 
constituted or invested until my daughters Eliza and Sarah Colegrave shall 
respectively attain the age of twenty one years and I direct that my wife shall 
out of the income so received by her as last directed maintain clothe educate 
and bring up my two daughters Eliza Colegrave and Sarah Colegrave until 
they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years and when and as 
they severally shall attain the age of twenty one years I will order and direct 
the said John Lane and Edward Lane their executors admors and assigns to 
pay over to each of my said daughters one fourth part of the whole amount of 
the said trust monies property estate and effects to be then vested interest in 
or payable to them respectively and to pay the interest outgoings and income 
of the remainder of such trust property estate and effects left after each of 
such payments unto my said wife during her life or permit her to receive the 
same for her sole use and benefit And I hereby will order and direct my said 
trustees after the death of my said wife to share and divide the remaining half 
of my estate and property and the said trust funds unto and between my said 
daughters Eliza Colegrave and Sarah Colegrave their executors admors and 
assigns in equal moieties on their respectively attaining the age of twenty five 
years to whom I hereby give and bequeath the same respectively to be then a 
vested interest in and payable to them respectively And in case of the 
decease of my said wife before my said daughters shall respectively become 
entitled to their portions and monies hereinbefore bequeathed to or in trust for 
them I will and direct my said trustees to pay over to them or apply for their 
benefit education and support to or for each the interest dividend and income 
of her several and respective monies property shares and portions 
hereinbefore bequeathed in trust for or to them as aforesaid And I appoint the 
said John Lane and Edward Lane joint executors of this my last Will and 
Testament And order and direct that they shall retain to and reimburse 
themselves and pay and allow to each other all costs payments and expences 
they may respectively incur pay or be subjected in the execution of the trusts 
of this my will and that neither shall be answerable  or accountable for any 
loss or damage to or of my said property except the same shall happen by his 
or their wilful neglect or default nor the one for the other of them but each only 
for his own respective receipts an payments acts and wilful default or neglect
