The last Will and Testament of me George Gibbs of Ascott in the 
County of Oxford Gentleman I give devise and bequeath unto 
my wife Amy Gibbs All my Estate and Effects whatsoever and 
wheresoever both real and personal (subject to the Payment of my 
just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses) to hold to her 
the said Amy Gibbs her heirs executors administrators and assigns 
for ever And I hereby appoint the said Amy Gibbs sole Executrix of 
this my will hereby revoking all former and other will or wills by me 
at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I the said George 
Gibbs the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty 
fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty five
