In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Claridge of Spilsbury in 
the County of Oxford Widow of John Claridge deceased do this 
nineteenth Day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight 
hundred and seven make and publish this my last Will and 
Testament in manner and fform following Imprimis I commend my 
Soul into the Hands of Almighty God who gave it to me and my 
Body to the Earth from whence it came in hopes of a joyful 
Resurrection thro the Merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ and as for 
that worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me 
withal I dispose thereof as follows ffirst I will and direct that all my 
just debts and ffuneral Expences be paid and discharged by my 
Executrix herein after named Item I give and bequeath to my 
Nephew William Coulling Son of my Sister Mary Coulling my 
large Bible and my Will is that he shall not have it till my Trustee 
and Executrix hereinafter named shall think him capable of taking 
care of it Item I give and bequeath to my Niece Mary Coulling 
daughter of my said Sister Mary Coulling my half dozen Silver Tea 
spoons that are marked with my Initials also my Tea Chest Tea 
Board China and Also my Bed Bedstead Blankets Coverlet and all 
belonging thereunto And my Will is and I do hereby particularly 
desire that my Executrix and Trustee do let her my said Niece have 
them when they think most Proper Item I give and bequeath to my 
said Nephew and Niece all my Linen of what Sort or Kind soever and 
wheresoever and to be equally divided between them as near as 
may be by my Executrix and Trustee whenever they shall think 
most proper All the rest residue and Remainder of my Household 
Goods and ffurniture of what Sort or Kind soever and wheresoever I 
give and bequeath to my said Nephew and Niece and to be equally 
divided between them by my Executrix and Trustee hereinafter 
named when they shall attain the age of twenty one Years and my 
Will is that if either of them should die before they attain that Age 
the Survivor of them shall have and receive the other share and if it 
should please God that they both should die before they attain that 
age then my Will is the same shall be equally divided between my 
Brother John Hunslow and my said Sister Mary Coulling and their 
Heirs for ever Item I give and devise to my Mother Catharine 
Hunslow and my good friend Robert Harris Son of the late 
John Harris of Easton in the County aforesaid whom I appoint my 
Trustees all that my Leasehold Messuage or Tenement and Premises 
in Spilsbury aforesaid Also my Lifehold Lands the ffields of Spilsbury 
aforesaid all which Land and Premises are held for and during the 
lifetime of William Jezard Also I give and bequeath to my said 
Trustees the Sume of one hundred Pounds which I have in the three 
per Cents reduced all which Land Premises and Money I give In 
Trust for my said Nephew and Niece and my Will is that they my 
said Trustees do and shall take and receive the Rents Interest and 
Profits arising therefrom and pay all debts and necessary Demands 
and also the Expences of administering this my Will and whatever is 
left and the increasing Rents then to be put out at Interest for the 
benefit of they my said Nephew and Niece till they shall severally 
attain the age of twenty one Years and if either of them shall die 
before they attain that Age then the survivor of them to have and 
receive the others share and if my Trustees shall think it proper that 
my said Nephew and Niece should receive their Share before they 
attain that age my Will is that they may do as they think most 
Proper And if my said Nephew and Niece should die before they 
receive any benefit as before mentioned my Will is that my said 
Brother and Sister shall have their shares equally divided between 
them and their Heirs for ever And I do hereby nominate and appoint 
my said Mother Executrix (as well as one of my Trustees) of this my 
last Will and Testament hereby revoking disannulling and making 
void all other and former Will and Wills by me at any time 
heretofore made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and 
Testament set my hand and seal the day and year first above
