I Mary Claridge of Neithrop in the Parish of Banbury in the 
County of Oxford Spinster being of sound Mind memory and 
understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament 
in manner following that is to say ffirst I give to my Sister Martha 
for her natural life the dividends Interest and produce of all my 
money in the funds and such other Money as I shall be possessed of 
at the time of my decease she paying my just Debts and funeral 
Expences and after the decease of my said Sister I give to the four 
Children of my Nephew John Claridge namely John, Richard 
Truelock, Robert and Elizabeth the sum of ten pounds apiece, 
also I give to my brother Richard Claridges two daughters 
Elizabeth Ransom and Mary Landles the sum of five pounds 
apiece, also I give to my sister Elizabeth Rhodes?s four Children 
Thomas, Martha, Mary and Ann the sum of five pounds apiece 
Also I give to ffrancis Daughter of my Brother Henry the sum of 
five pounds Also I give to my brother Christophers three 
Daughters Elizabeth Mary and Martha the sum of five pounds 
apiece also I give to my brother Hirons two daughters Ann and 
Rebecca the sum of ffive Pounds apiece also I give to my Brother 
Christopher the sum of Ten Pounds also I give to my said Sister 
Martha the Sum of Twenty Pounds which two last mentioned 
Legacies I will and direct shall be deducted out of the Principal of 
my Money in the funds and be paid to my said brother and sister as 
soon as conveniently may be after my decease also I give to my 
Niece Mary Pargiter my Pair of Sheets marked M C my Wearing 
Apparel and all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate and 
Effects I give to my said Sister Martha for her own use and benefit  
and Lastly I nominate and appoint Mr Richard Wyatt of Stratford 
upon Avon in the County of Warwick Executor of this my last 
Will and Testament and request he will see this my Will executed 
and performed according to my desire herein expressed In 
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 
fourteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord 1812 Mary Claridge
