In the Name of God Amen I William Hiatt of Fulwell in the parish of Spelsbury in the 
County of Oxford Farmer being indisposed but of sound memory and Understanding 
Do for the disposal of what worldly Goods and Effects it hath pleased God to bestow 
me with make this my last will and testament as follows I Give to my two Sons in Law 
John Messer   of Radford in the County of Oxford one shilling and William Mayew of 
Morton in Marsh Gloucestershire Carpenter one shilling I Give to Hannah Edward 
and John Children of my daughter Ann wife of John Messer of Radford the sum of 
ten pounds a piece to be paid to them as they severally attain to the age of twenty 
one years and my will is that if any one of them shall die before the age of twenty one 
years then the share of him or her so dying to be equally divided amongst the 
Survivors I Give to Elizabeth the daughter of Hannah wife to William Mayhew of 
Morton in the March aforesaid the sum of ten pounds and if she should die before 
she attains to the age of twenty one Years provided there should be more children 
born before her decease then I Give that sum of ten pounds to be divided equally 
amongst what Children shall happen to be alive I Give to  my wife Mary that is 
she?.. the sum of ten pounds to be paid to her e very year so long as she shall live 
by my three sons Edward John and William Hiatt out of the Stock and Crop of Corn 
and Stock of Cattle I leave to them I likewise Give to my said wife Mary Hiatt all the 
Goods and Furniture of the Room she now lyes in to be at her own proper use and 
disposal after all my just debts Legacies funeral Expences and the Annuity of ten 
pounds as mentioned before are paid discharged and satisfied then I Give and 
Bequeath all my Stock of Corn Stock of Cattle Waggons Carts Ploughs ?..and all my 
farming Implements Household Goods and Furniture Moneys Debts and whatever 
shall belong to me at the time of my decease to my said three Sons Edward John 
and William Hiatt to be equally divided share and share alike amongst them I 
constitute my Cousin John Hiatt of Fulwell aforesaid sole Executor to this my last Will 
and Testament and I do hereby revoke all Wills at any time before by me made 
declaring this and no other as for my last will and testament In Witness whereunto I 
have set my hand and Seal this seventh day of July and in the Year of our Lord God
