This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Harris of Handborough in the 
County of Oxford Baker made this twenty first day of February in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and eighteen First I direct that all my just debts ffuneral 
and testamentary expences be paid and discharged by my Executrix hereinafter 
named out of my personal Estate And I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife 
Elizabeth Harris All that my Copyhold Messuage or Tenement bakehouse barn stable 
garden and orchard situate at Hanborough aforesaid with the Appurtenances in my 
own occupation which I purchased of the Trustees of the will of William Taylor 
gentleman deceased and all other my real and personal Estate and Effects of what 
nature or kind soever and wheresoever being at the time of my decease To hold the 
same and every part thereof with ???..respective rights member and 
Appurtenances unto my said wife and to her heirs executors administrators and 
assigns for ever And I do hereby constitute and appoint her my said wife sole 
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former Wills by me 
made Saml Harris
