In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Treen of Hooknorton in the County of 
Oxford Spinster being of a Sound Mind Memory and Understanding (praised 
be God for the same) do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in 
manner and form as followeth Viz Imprimis I Give and Devise unto my 
Kinsman Joseph Phipps and to my Kinswoman Mary Phipps if her Name is 
not altered Sister of my said Kinsman Joseph and unto my Kinswoman 
Elizabeth Garner and unto Samuel Bannel of Milton near Adderbury in the 
County of Oxford all my Personal Estate and Monies and likewise all the 
Monies which I have upon Bills Bonds or other Securities to be equally divided 
amongst them share and share alike I do also nominate constitute and 
appoint the said Samuel Bannel Sole Executor of this my last Will and 
Testament hereby revoking disannulling and making void all former and other 
Wills and Bequests by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I 
have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this Tenth day 
of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and seventy
