This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Trendell of Bicester Market 
End in the County of Oxford Hostler First I will and devise that all my just 
Debts shall be fully paid and satisfied Also I Give devise and bequeath unto 
my wife Ann All that my Cottage or Tenement with the Garden Buildings and 
Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in Bicester Market 
End aforesaid and now in the Tenure or Occupation of Robert East And also 
all that my Cottage or Tenement with the Garden Buildings and 
Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in Wroxton in the 
said County of Oxford and now in the several Tenures or Occupations of 
Elizabeth Hughes and Hester And also all my Goods Household ffurniture 
ready Money Money out at Interest Stock in Shop Goods Corn and Grain and 
Chattels and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever at the 
time of my decease To have and to hold the said Cottages with their 
Appurtenances Goods ffurniture Monies Stock Chattels personal Estate and 
Effects and all and singular other the premises before mentioned unto my said 
Wife and her Assigns for and during the Term of her natural Life and from and 
immediately after her decease I Give devise and bequeath my said Cottages 
or Tenements in Bicester Market End and Wroxton aforesaid with their 
Appurtenances and also all my said Goods ffurniture Monies Stock Chattels 
and personal Estate and Effects unto my Daughter Elizabeth Trendell her 
Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns  for ever And Lastly I do hereby 
make nominate and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my said last 
Will and Testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
seal the tenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
