of Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels 
and Credits of George Phipps late of Hooknorton in the 
County of Oxford Farmer deceased were granted to Jane 
West Wife of Henry West the natural and lawful Sister and 
next of kin of the said deceased she being first sworn 
duly to administer
