This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Hiorn of the parish of 
Hooknorton in the County of Oxford Husbandman being of perfect sound Mind 
Memory and Understanding do this day make publish and ordain and appoint 
this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)I Give 
and devise unto William Saul carpenter and Wheelwright Daniel Mallon Collar 
Maker both of Nethrop in the parish of Banbury in the County of Oxford 
aforesaid and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever All my ffreehold Estate 
and Estates whatsoever situate and being in the Leasehold and Liberties in 
the parish of Hooknorton aforesaid Also I Give and bequeath unto them the 
said William Saul and Daniel Mallory all and every my Goods Chattles and 
personal Estate whatsoever I die possessed of In Trust for such Use and Uses 
after mentioned and declared (which is to say) ffirst I will that the said 
William Saul and Daniel Mallory or the Survivor of them shall sell and 
dispose of all and every my Estates both real and personal for the best 
price they can get for the same within one Year after my decease and pay and 
discharge all my just and lawfull Debts and Burial Expences out of the 
Moneys arising from the Sale or Sales of my Real and personal Estate or 
Estates And after the payment of my Debts and Burial Expences my Will is 
that that all the overplus Money that shall then remain after my just and 
lawfull Debts and Burial Expences be paid and discharged shall be putt out 
at Interest and the Interes thereof shall be applyed to and for the Use of 
my son Thomas Hiorn towards the breeding of him up and his Education until 
he shall come to the Age of twenty one Years and then the principal Money to 
be equally divided between all my Children that shall be then living And my 
further Will is that if my Daughter Ann Hiorns shall happen to want any of 
her share of the principal Money through sickness or Misfortune that then 
and in that Case them the said William Saul and Daniel Mallory  or the 
Survive of them shall assist her with any Sum or Sums of Money not exceeding 
twenty Pounds  in the whole as they shall think proper for her necessary Use 
out of her part or share of the said principal Money and also place my Son 
Thomas Hiorne out Apprentice to some Trade as they the said William Saul and 
Daniel Mallory or the Survivor of them shall think proper out of his part or 
share of the said principal Money: And I do hereby nominate ordain and 
appoint them the said William Saul and Daniel Mallory joint Executors in 
Trust of thismy last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto 
set my hand and seal this sixth day of August one thousand seven hundred and
