In the Name of God Amen I Anne Hyett of Hook Norton in the County of Oxford 
Widow now at this time infirm of health but thro' the Blessing of Almighty 
God of sound and perfect mind memory and Understanding and calling to mind 
the Certainty of Death and the uncertainty thereof do hereby make and Ordain 
this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Imprimis I will 
that all my Debts and funerall Expences shall be paid by my Executor 
hereafter named Item I give unto my Grand Daughter Mary Hyett Daughter of my 
son Joseph Hyett my best pewter Dish and my Oaken Chest Item I give unto my 
Son Joseph Hyett One Shilling of good British Money Also I give unto my 
beloved Daughter Anne Beales One Shilling of like money to be paid to them 
within One Month after my decease Item all the Rest Residue and remainder of 
my personal Estate Goods Chattells and Cattle I do hereby give devise and 
bequeath the same and every part & parcell thereof unto my well beloved Son 
Richard Hyatt whom I do make and Ordain full and sole executor of this my 
present Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills 
by me heretofore made and do Declare this and no Other to be my last Will In 
Witness whereof I have hereunto sett mny hand and seal this first day of 
Aprill in the Ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the 
Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain & Anno Dom 1736 (The mark of
