This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Hiatt of Hook Norton in the 
County of Oxford yeoman being of sound mind memory and understanding as 
followeth Firstly I give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Townsend  the 
sum of five pounds Also I give and bequeath to my son John Hiatt the sum of 
one hundred and twenty pounds All which said sums of money I do charge upon 
my estate of new Inclosed and lying and being in the precincts and liberties 
of Hooknorton aforesaid I give and devise unto my son Richard Hiatt and to 
his heirs and assigns forever Also all my Goods Chattells and personal 
estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to my son Richard 
Hiatt whom I also nominate constitute and appoint sole executor of this my 
last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
seal this eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand 
seven hundred and seventy five Joseph X Hiatt
