Transcription of the Will of John (-Clinch) Wright [30]

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Wright Butcher of Witney in the 
County of Oxford made this twenty third day of March 1864 one thousand eight 
hundred and sixty four I give and bequeath to my Wife Kezia Wright all monies and 
interest of money that may be due to me from the estate of my late Aunt Rachel 
Wright Spinster for her own absolute use and benefit I also give and bequeath all my 
real and personal estate that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease to my 
said Wife aforesaid Kezia Wright In witness whereof I the said Testator have to this 
my said Will contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal the day and year 
first before mentioned -------- John Wright ----- Signed by the Testator in the joint

I Charlotte Packwood in my signature to the Will hereinafter referred by mistake 
written Parkood of Witney in the County of Oxford wife of Stephen Parkwood of the 
same place Shoemaker make Oath that I am one of the subscribing witnesses to the 
last Will and Testament of John Wright late of Witney in the County of Oxford 
Butcher deceased now hereunto annexed bearing date the twenty third day of March 
one thousand eight hundred and sixty four and that the said testator executed the said 
Will on the day of the date thereof by signing his name at the foot or end thereof as 
the same now appears thereon in the presence of me and of George Heydon the other 
subscribing witness thereto both of us being present at the same time and we 
thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testator 
and having viewed and perused the said Will and particularly observed the words ?my 
real and? interlined between the twelfth and thirteenth lines of the said Will I further 
make Oath that the said words ?my real and? were so interlined prior to the execution 
of the said Will by the Testator as aforesaid   -------   Charlotte Packwood   ------

On 27th February 1865 Admon ?with the Will annexed? of the personal Estate and 
Effects of John Wright late of Witney in the County of Oxford a Butcher who died 4th 
December 1864 at Witney aforesaid was granted to Kezia Wright Widow the Relict 
the Universal legatee named in the said Will she having been first sworn. No 
Executor being named in the said Will.
