In the name of God Amen
I John Cosier of the parish of Saint Thomas's in the City of Oxford being sound mind memory 
and understanding before the disposal of my Worldly effects make and ordain this to be my 
last Will and testament  ffirst I give and bequeath unto my wife Ann Cosier all the moneys I 
have or shall have at the time of my decease in the three per Cent Interest in the Bank of 
England and also all moneys that may arrive from interest Wages or any other cause from this 
time until the time of my decease And I also give to my said wife all my household furniture, 
Bed linen, Copper Stove, Framing board, silver spoons, two watches, a time piece et cetera 
now in my possession and in case my said wife die before me it is my will that my Wife that 
my adopted Heir Elizabeth Baker shall have possess and enjoy all the above money Goods 
Chattels etc., left to my Wife In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 
thirty first day of  March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty six 
John Cosier signed sealed and published declared by John Cosier as and for his last Will and 
Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of 
each other have subscribed our names as witness hereto Elizabeth Passansol  ~  Thomas 
Spittle  ~ Catherine Davies .  

On the 8th October 1829 admon with the Will annexed of the Goods Chattels and 
Credits of John Crosier late of the parish of St. Thomas in the City of Oxford deceased was 
granted to Ann Cosier Widow the relative and Sole Legatee named in the said will having 
been first sworn by commission duly to administer - No Executor.
