This  is  the  last  Will
and Testament me Mary Stuart of the City of Oxford in the County of Oxford Widow made 
this tenth day of June One thousand Eight hundred and two I Give and devise unto my 
Daughter Sarah Stuart her heirs and assigns for ever all Mortgages Bonds and all and 
singular my personal Estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever from 
and after paying my just Debts and my Daughter Mary Prickett the sum of twenty pounds if 
living at my decease and my son William Stuart ten Pounds if living at my decease and my 
Son George Stuart two hundred and Eighty pounds if living at my decease and my Son 
Samuel Stuart three hundred pounds if living at my decease and my son-in-law Thomas 
Prickett ten pounds if living at my decease and the Revd. William Hooper of University 
College Oxford the sum of ten Guineas for a Ring if living at my decease I hereby Nominate 
and appoint my Daughter Sarah Stuart Whole and Sole Executrix at this my last Will and 
Revoke all former Wills made by me as Witness my hand this tenth day of June in the year 
One thousand Eight hundred and two ~ Mary Stuart ~ (ss) signed sealed and declared 
by me Mary Stuart the Testatrix and for my last Will and Testament in the presence and at 
my request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names = Mary Stuart = 
Sarah Horsman = Ann Horsman = Sarah Yeates .

This Will was proved at London the twenty first Day of January the year of our Lord One 
thousand Eight hundred and Four before the Right Sir Worshipful William Wynne knight 
Doctor of Laws Master Keeper of Company of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully 
constituted by the oath of Sarah Stuart Spinster the daughter of the deceased and Sole 
Executor named in the said Will to whom Administration was Granted of all and singular the 
Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased she having been first sworn by commission
