This is the last Will and Testament of me John Blackwell of 
Enstone in the County of Oxford Yeoman made the second day of 
ffebruary in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and nineteen ffirst I will and direct that all my just debts 
and funeral and testamentary expences be paid and discharged 
by my Executors hereinafter named and subject thereto I give 
and bequeath unto my illegitmate Son Joseph Blackwell 
otherwise Mills all my ready money securities for money stock 
of Cattle Corn grain hay implements of husbandry Goods 
Chattells personal state and effects of what nature or kind 
soever or wheresoever being at the time of my decease together 
with all benefit and advantage to arise from the ffarm I now 
rent of the trustees of Lord Viscount Dillon to hold unto my 
said Son Joseph Blackwell otherwise Mills to and for his own 
absolute use and benefit and I nominate and appoint my friends 
Thomas Chadbon of Enstone aforesaid yeoman and William Trinder 
of Clevely in the same parish joint Executors of this my last 
Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made 
and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness 
whereof I the said John Blackwell the Testator have hereunto 
set my hand and seal the day and year first above written The
