In the Name of God Amen that Twenty Second day of May in the year of Our Lord One Thousand 
seven hundred & Thirty Eight I Ann Humphris widow of the parish of Hooknorton in the County of 
Oxfordshire being at present but Weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory yet 
considering the uncertainty of this mortal Life do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament 
in manner and form following (that is to say)I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Aunt 
Joanna Austen her heirs Executors and Administrators all such real and personal Estate as at 
this time of my death I shall be possessed of Interested in or Intitled unto And I do make ordain
and appoint my said loving Aunt Joanna Austen full and Sole Executrix of this my last Will In
