I Sarah Brown of the parish of Hooknorton in the County of Oxford Widow being of perfect sound 
Mind Memory and Understanding blessed be God do this day make publish ordain and appoint 
this my last Will and Testament in manner following (which is to say) First I will that all my just 
and lawfull Debts and Burial Expences be paid and discharged All the rest of my Household 
Good and Household Furniture Chattles and Estate Reyal or personal and Waring Parel and 
whatsoever I dye possessed of I give and bequeth unto my daughter in Law Elizabeth Hitchman 
wife of Joseph Hitchman with home I now dwell And I do hereby constitute ordain and appoint my 
said daughter in Law Elizabeth Hitchman sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament 
hereby revoking all other and former Will or Wills at any time or....heretofore by me made In 
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this sixteenth day of February one 
thousand seven hundred and ninety nine   Sarah Brown
