In the name of God Amen I Francis Hall of Bloxham in the County of 
Oxford Yeoman being of Sound mind Memory and Understanding do make this 
my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say 
First I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Sarah Hall All those my 
Copyhold houses tenements and hereditaments with their appurtenances 
situate lying and being on the North side of Bloxham part of which are 
in the occupation of John Treadwell and the rest in my own occupation 
To have and to hold unto my said Wife Sarah Hall the said Copyhold 
houses tenements and hereditaments with their appurtenances for and 
during her natural life and from and after her decease I give devise 
and bequeath the said Copyhold houses tenements and hereditaments with 
their appurtenances unto my Son Francis Hall To have and to hold unto 
my said Son Francis Hall All the said Copyhold houses tenements and 
hereditaments with their appurtenances to him his heirs and assigns for 
ever according to the Custom of the Manor of which the same are holden 
Subject to my debts and funeral expences out of the above houses hereby 
before bequeathed and devised unto him Also I give devise and bequeath 
unto my Wife Sarah Hall All that my inclosed Copyhold Ground lying and 
being in the South Fields of Bloxham Burford way and now in the 
Occupation of Mrs Cherry To have and to hold the said inclosed Ground 
with the Appurtenances unto my said Wife Sarah Hall for and during her 
natural life and from and after her decease I give devise and bequeath 
All that my Copyhold inclosed Ground in Barford way with the 
appurtenances unto my Son John Hall To have and to hold the said 
Copyhold inclosed Ground in Barford way with the Appurtenances unto him 
the said John Hall his heirs and assigns for ever according to the 
Custom of the Manor of which the same are holden Also I give and 
bequeath unto my Wife Sarah Hall all the Money I have out upon Mortgage 
upon Mrs Cherry's premises at the time of my decease for and during her 
natural life and from and after her decease I give and bequeath all the 
Money that shall be upon Mortgage on the said premises unto my Son John 
Hall I also give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Bennett the 
sum of Thirty pounds I also give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter 
Mary Barton the sum of Thirty pounds I also give devise and bequeath 
unto my Daughter Elizabeth Padbury the sum of Thirty pounds and my Will 
is that the said inclosed Ground in Barford way and what I have out on 
Mortgage shall be charged with the payment of the above three Legacies 
amounting to Ninety pounds in the whole to my three Daughters Ann 
Bennett Mary Barton and Elizabeth Padbury and shall be paid to them by 
my son John Hall and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my 
estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever I give 
and bequeath unto my said Wife Sarah Hall and I do hereby nominate 
constitute and appoint my said Wife Sarah Hall whole and sole Executrix 
of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void All 
and every other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do 
declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have 
herein set my hand and seal this 24th day of December in the year of
