Norton in the County of Oxford yeoman but of very good and perfect memory make this 
my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following Imprimis I bequeath my Soul 
unto the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my Body to Christian Buryall
Thomas Phipps lately living at Stratford upon Avon I make William Phipps my Dear 
beloved Brother my whole and sole Executor to have all my personable Estate in my 
Chest seven Guineas and a gold Ring of Mr Sharpes and att Mr Pemertons a Box with 
eight pounds in it Richard Young a Ten Pound Bond Mr Smith a Ten Pound Bond with 
all other money that is due to me and to pay my debts In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto sett my hand and seale the fifteene day of December Anno Dom 1716
