This is the last Will and Testament of me John Burford of Banbury in the County of Oxford Surgeon I give (subject to the legacy 
hereinafter mentioned) unto my Nephew John Burford the Son of my Brother Edward All my real and personal Estate To Hold to 
him my said Nephew his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever He paying thereout unto his Sister Vade Burford the 
Sum of One Hundred Pounds when she shall attain her Age of Twenty one years But in Case the said Vade Burford shall die 
before she attain that age then my Will is that the said Sum of One hundred pounds shall f??? and not be paid - I do hereby appoint 
my said Nephew sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and Seal the Twentieth day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty Eight John Burford
