In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Jackman of Hanwell in the County of Oxford 
Do make and declare this my last Will and Testament as followeth (that is to say) I 
give and devise to Elizabeth Jackman my only Daughter all my wearing apparell all 
my money in my House all my Goods of what kind soever or wheresoever any of 
them shall be and my Legacys Bills Bonds Noats or Estate or whatsoever I am 
possessed of I doe give & Bequeath unto the above named Elizabeth Jackman my 
Daughter and she shall pay all my Debts and give my Body Christian Burial And I do 
make the above named Elizabeth Jackman Sole Executor of this my last Will and 
Testament And I do make my Brother John Jackman and Joseph Nicholls in trust to 
see that my Child is not Ronged In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal the twenty seventh day of June in the year of our Lord God 1777 Elizabeth 
Jackman her X mark SS Signed sealed and declared by the above named Elizabeth 
Jackman as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed 
our names as Witness in presence of the said Testator and of each other John 
Jackman Senr William Jackman

This Will was proved in the Visitation at Chipping norton on the Second day of June 
in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy nine before the 
Judge by the Oath of Elizabeth Jackman Spinster the Sole Executrix therein named 
to whom Administration was granted having first sworn duly to Administer.
