This is the last Will and Testament of me John Stanley of Boddicott in the 
County of Oxford Yeoman I give and bequeath the Annuity which was given 
or secured to me by the late Father of my dear Wife if I have power to dispose 
thereof to my said Wife her Executors Administrators & Assigns All the 
residue of my real and personal Estate I give devise and bequeath to Richard 
Austin of Banbury in the County of Oxford Gentleman and John Gardner of 
Boddicott aforesaid Baker their Heirs Executors and Administrators In Trust 
for my said Wife during her life And from immediately after her decease In 
Trust to convert my said real and personal Estate last mentioned into Money 
and to divide the Money arising therefrom unto and equally amongst my 
Brother and Sisters and the children of my deceased Sister their Executors 
Administrators and Assigns but so and in such manner that the children of my 
deceased Sister shall take no more than their Mother would have been 
entitled to if living that is one seventh part thereof which I direct to be divided 
equally amongst them And I declare that the receipts of my said Trustees or 
the Survivor of them or the Heirs Executors or Administrators of such Survivor 
shall be good discharges for the Monies to arise from my said real and 
personal Estate and the person or persons paying such monies shall not be 
bound to see to the application thereof and my Will is that the shares of my 
said Brother and Sisters and of the children of my deceased Sister in the 
aforesaid monies shall be vested immediately after my decease altho the 
same are not payable till after the decease of my said Wife And I appoint the 
said Richard Austin and John Gardner Executors of my said Will Hereby 
revoking all former Wills by me made in Writing whereof I have Hereunto set 
my Hand and seal this twenty first day of February One thousand Eight

Published and declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and testament 
in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence 
of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto the word

Proved at London 29th October 1825 before the Judge by the oaths of 
Richard Austin and John Gardner the Executors to whom admon was granted 
being first sworn by Commission duly to Administer.
