This is the last Will and Testament of me Esther 
Burgess Spinster of Guilsborough in the County of 
Northampton First all my debts and funeral expences 
together with the charge of proving this my Will to be 
paid by the Executor to be herein after named I give 
and bequeath to my Nephew John Burgess of 
Kingsland Pawnbroker all my Household Goods 
Furniture plate linen china chattels and effects notes of 
hand and every securities for money and Personal 
Estate whatsoever for his own use and profit And I 
hereby nominate and appoint the said John Burgess to 
be Executor of this my Will and Testament And I 
hereby revoke and cancel every other Will and 
Testament by me at any time made and publish and 
declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In 
Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 4th
