This is the last Will and Testament of me William Scriven of the Town of Northampton Gentleman I give and bequeath to each of my dear Brothers and Sisters Mary Ann Terry Catherine Scriven Richard Scriven George Scriven Fanny Brent and Charles Scriven the sum of fifty Guineas And to my Godson Charles Terry the sum of Ten Pounds to be paid to them respectively within twelve months after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto Charlotte Fanny and Sophia the three Children of my late Brother John Scriven the sum of Nineteen Guineas each to be paid to them respectively on their attaining the age of Twenty one years or respective days of marriage which shall first happen the interest in the mean time to be paid to their Mother for their benefit and the Legacy and accruing share of any or either of them who shall die under the age of twenty one years and unmarried I direct shall be paid and applied in like manner to and for the benefit of the survivors or survivor of them I also give and bequeath unto my said Sister Catherine the Maps which I have lately taken in parts and Five Guineas for binding the same And unto my dear Sister Eliza the work called the Naturalist's Library as a small acknowledgement of their great attention to me during my illness And subject to the before mentioned Legacies I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and all trust Estates and terms for years which may be vested in me unto my dear Brother Thomas Scriven his heirs executors and Administrators And I appoint the said Thomas Scriven sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty sixth day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine Wm Scriven (Attestation Clause) Benjn Vialls Writing Clerk Northampton William Tomkins Servant Northampton Proved at London 18th July 1839 PCC Prob11/1914
