In the name of God Amen I Mary Hillersdon of the Town of Northampton Spinster being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory as well as in good health of Body Praised be God for the same make this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time made first and Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God as into the hands of a faithful Creator hoping through his Mercy and the Merits of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ to obtain the Remission of all my Sins and to inherit everlasting Life and as touching my Worldly Goods and Estate I dispose thereof as followeth that is to say I give and bequeath unto and among my Brother Michael Hillersdon and my three Sisters that are now Surviving namely Frances the Wife of Paul Agutter of the Town of Northampton aforesaid Woollen Draper Anne Spurrier Widow and Elizabeth the Wife of James Bayly of Highgate in the County of Middlesex Surgeon after Payment of my Debts the Charges of my Funeral and of Proving this my Will all and Singular my Plate Linnen money Mortgages Bonds Notes and Securitys for Money and all Moneys that shall be thereupon Severally due and owing to me at the time of my death and also all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Personal Estate of what nature or kindsoever that I shall dye Possessed of interested in or in any ways intitled unto to be equally divided with respect to the Value thereof amongst them my said Brother and three Sisters or their legal Representative share and share alike and I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Paul Agutter and Richard Partington of Saint Andrew Holborn London Executors of this my last Will and Testament desiring them to take care and see that my Body be decently interred in the Parish Church of Castle Ashby in the said County of Northampton as near to the Remains of my late Honoured Father and Mother as conveniently may be In Witness whereof I the said Mary Hillersdon have to two Parts of this my Will each Part being contained in one Piece of Parchment set my hand and Seal this Twenty third day of April in the Twentieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain and in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred forty seven Mary Hillersdon (Attestation Clause) Geo Rowse _ John Jeyes of Northampton Proved at London 22 March 1753 PCC Prob11/800
