This is the last Will and Testament of me William Bennett of Chacombe in the County of Northampton Farmer I bequeath all my household goods and furniture to my five daughters in equal shares and if any dispute shall arise respecting the division I direct that the division be made by my executors whose decision shall be final I give to my executors hereinafter named the sum of nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings upon Trust to invest the same in their names in the Banbury Savings Bank or in some other security real or personal and to pay or apply the income for the benefit of William Hirons Bennett the son of my eldest daughter until he shall die or attain the age of twenty one years and to pay the principal to him upon his attaining such age but if he shall die under that age then the principal shall sink into and form part of the residue of my personal estate And I bequeath the residue of my personal estate and devise all my real estate unto my said five daughters in equal shares And I appoint my brother Michael Bennett and my Son in law John Thomas Simmons Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven _ The Mark of X William Bennett (Attestation Clause) John Bennett of Chacombe _ Francis William Wykeham Martin Clerk Vicar of Chacombe Proved at London 17 August 1857 PCC Prob11/2256
